How to join

Get the new LSO Pulse app, or use our new mobile site:

iPhone users: search for 'LSO Pulse' in the App Store http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/lso-pulse/id502483538?mt=8

BlackBerry & Windows users: go to our mobile site, lsopulse.mobi

Log in
Once you are on the App/site go to My Profile and log in using your Pulse Code and email address.

If you do not already have a Pulse Code you can register in the app - we'll give you 5 reward points for doing so!

Buying tickets

After logging in, go to the Events section and purchase the ticket/s for your chosen event. You will be charged through PayPal (if you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to register on their website in order to purchase tickets).

The ticket will be viewable in the My Tickets section. On the night bring your phone to the Student Desk (level -1, Barbican) and we will scan the barcode.

Reward points

You will earn 25 reward points per ticket purchased, and can earn further points for sharing on your social networks and answering surveys later. Have a look at the Rewards section in the app to see what you can earn. If you have previously bought student tickets we have converted these to the new rewards points and you will see them in your account.
