How our Talent Pool Works
Joining our talent pool is an opportunity to be considered for future freelance opportunities across our productions.
While being part of the talent pool does not guarantee work, it means we’ll consider you whenever suitable opportunities arise.
For some projects, we may appoint people directly from the talent pool where their skills and experience closely match the requirements. If you’re unavailable when we get in touch, that’s absolutely fine.
Every production has different requirements, so we’re keen to understand your specific skills, experience and areas of expertise to help us match you with suitable opportunities.
If you are interested in working with us, please send a CV and an example of your recent work to thomas.attwood@lso.co.uk with the subject line ‘Video Production Talent Pool Application’
