The LSO Endowment Trust is a registered charity which is run by a board of trustees as a separate entity to the London Symphony Orchestra group of companies. Its main charitable objective is the promotion and advancement of music education and the encouragement of the arts.

Further, by submitting your contribution to lso.co.uk, you warrant that your contribution:
1.1 is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the LSO for all the purposes specified above;

1.3 does not infringe any law; and
2.1 indemnify the LSO against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the LSO as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and

The London Symphony Orchestra is registered under the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act. The personal information that you enter into our online registration forms will be held securely and will not be used for any purpose other than those necessary to fulfill our role as service provider unless you have given us permission to send you information from ourselves and from other organisations.
When you register with us for online purchases our site will send a cookie to your computer. This is a small file that enables us to identify you next time you visit our site and saves you having to type in your email address each time you log in.
