Gift Aid Declaration

By ticking the Gift Aid box, you declare that you would like the LSO (London Symphony Orchestra Ltd) to treat as Gift Aid all my donations made today, in the past four years and in the future until you notify the LSO otherwise.

By ticking the Gift Aid box, you also declare that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The LSO will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you have given.

Please notify the LSO if you wish to cancel your Gift Aid declaration; change your name or home address; or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. The London Symphony Orchestra Limited is a registered charity, no. 232391.
