The LSO Discovery Choirs encourage young people of all abilities and backgrounds to find their voice and experience the joy of singing and music-making together. Regular rehearsals during term time take place at Central Foundation Boys’ School. There are also regular opportunities for the Choirs to perform with the Orchestra and collaborate with other artists and participants in the LSO Discovery programme.

‘In our sessions we regularly discuss the reasons we love to come to choir, be it for relaxing, taking our minds from other things, or to bring up our moods. I think our sense of community in these choirs is unmatched, we help each other and are always learning from one another.’ – Marnie, LSO Discovery Choir participant
‘We all had a fantastic time, and it’s been a truly inspiring and empowering experience for my daughter.’ – LSO Discovery Choir parent
