Suitable for ages 7 to 12
Once a term, three times a year, the LSO presents a Family Concert in the Barbican Hall featuring the full London Symphony Orchestra.
Presented in a fun and informative way, the concerts feature music based on a theme and offer the chance for everyone to get involved by playing or singing along with the audience participation piece.
There are various exciting workshops in the Barbican foyers which take place during the morning of and just before each concert. These differ for each concert but you’ll always get the opportunity to meet LSO players and take part in musical activities.
Bring your instrument if you have one!
We also provide a crèche for use during the concert for younger siblings. Those with children under the age of 7 are encouraged to use the crèche, and must book places in advance.
