Whether it’s prestigious and polished, creative and glamorous or a focus on fair trade, we can recommend a service to complement your event. We have ten companies from which you can choose and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements and find the team most suited to your event. In addition to suggesting menus, preparing quotations and arranging tastings, any of those listed can investigate theming, décor and design as well as supply furniture, flowers and entertainment.

Sometimes we all need an inspirational lift. Over the years, our clients have worked with a range of florists to produce some truly remarkable displays. The stunning Jerwood Hall doesn’t need much but if you would like to enhance this beautiful setting we recommend talking to the experts and have carefully selected four of the best to give you a head start.

To complement the expertise of our in-house events team, stage managers and technicians, for specialist or large-scale bookings we work with bespoke event producers who can help clients realise their vision for streamlined and inspirational events.

In-house catering

As well as providing refreshments for meetings and events, LSO St Luke’s runs an in-house bar and café service. The Crypt facilities have recently been refurbished and our Bar and Café Manager, Stuart Connery, and his team look forward to welcoming you.

A selection of hot and cold beverages including a well-stocked bar, sandwiches, snacks, cakes and pastries will be available for the majority of public events, usually for one hour before concerts begin and during the interval. For our ever-popular BBC Radio 3 lunchtime series we will be offering hot meals before and after the performance – look out for special deals during your next visit!

The Crypt houses a bar and fully-fitted kitchen suitable for a wide range of event catering. The adjacent Café is a contemporary environment perfect for conference refreshments and standing receptions for up to 210 people, alternatively seating up to 80 for lunch at intimate square bistro tables. An equipment list is available on request.

For deliveries and collections, access to LSO St Luke’s is at the rear of the building on Mitchell Street, accessible from Old Street via Central Street. From here, access to the Jerwood Hall via the Artists’ Entrance is at one level and access to the Crypt is via a large goods lift just inside the Artists Entrance. Parking is available by prior arrangement.
