BBC Radio 3 Open Ear

Innovative, disruptive and altogether without apology, BBC Radio 3 Open Ear presents music from the leading edge of the UK's contemporary scene.

BBC Radio 3 Open Ear concerts take place at 7pm on four Saturdays throughout the year. Presented by Radio 3's Sara Mohr-Pietch, recent performers have included The Riot Ensemble, Kerry Andrew, Elaine Mitchener, Abstruckt Ensemble, Alexander's Annexe and Ipek Gorgun.

The action rotates between separate stages in LSO St Luke's Jerwood Hall, and there's always opportunity to hear from the artists and composers.

Forthcoming concerts:

Saturday 29 September 2018

London Contemporary Orchestra makes its return to Open Ear alongside the peculiar insect techno of electronics duo Native Instrument and the ingenious, avant-garde, vocal storytelling of EXAUDI co-founder Juliet Fraser.
