Daniel Harding named Music Director of Orchestre de Paris

Congratulations to our Principal Guest Conductor Daniel Harding on his appointment as Music Director to the Orchestre de Paris, announced on 11 June 2015. We wish him every success.

Daniel’s close relationship with the LSO began with his debut in 1996, and the 2015/16 season marks 20 years of collaboration. He became Principal Guest Conductor in 2007 and works regularly with the Orchestra; we are delighted to be planning a number of interesting projects in the coming seasons. Daniel has toured worldwide with the LSO – notably to China and India, and extensively in Europe.
