Due to continued physical therapy required on his left arm, Lang Lang has been forced to cancel his concerts until the end of the summer, and will be withdrawing from this LSO performance. He apologises for any disappointment, and looks forward to being back making music soon. The LSO is very grateful to Denis Kozhukhin for stepping in as the soloist in Bartók’s Piano Concerto No 2 for these concerts.
