Olivia Forms a Band

A free online concert for primary school-aged children, with original songs, classical music performed by LSO musicians, and illustrations to tell the story.

Olivia Forms a Band: An Interactive Concert for Primary School-Aged Children

Join Rachel Leach and musicians from the London Symphony Orchestra for a fun, interactive concert, based on the popular children’s book Olivia Forms a Band by Ian Falconer.

Sing or play along, grab an instrument if you have one, and join in with three original songs, hear pieces of classical music performed by LSO musicians and see illustrations from the book on screen, all helping us to tell the story. This concert is suitable for primary school-aged children, school groups and families, and you can even download practice tracks and word sheets to help you to join in.
