The London Symphony Orchestra has held special links with the United States of America for over 100 years.
The LSO was the first European orchestra to travel to America in 1912, and has now toured the United States more often than any other British orchestra. Today, the LSO enjoys an annual residency at the Lincoln Center in New York, and also tours to cities across the USA.
About the American LSO Foundation
The American LSO Foundation was formed to support the Orchestra's work in the USA and across the world. Supporters of the Foundation are offered the opportunity to build a closer relationship with the Orchestra both in the States and at home in London.
The LSO American Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation so donations to the Foundation are tax deductible for USA taxpayers.
