We want to bring great music to everyone, everywhere, even when we are unable to perform live.
When concert halls closed in March 2020, we launched our digital programme, Always Playing, to bring the LSO to your living rooms through twice weekly streams of concerts from our archives, lunchtime recitals, interviews, articles, playlists and activities for young people and families.
You can be sure to find the LSO online while ever we are unable to perform to audiences in the concert hall. We will keep bringing you more interesting articles, video snippets, quizzes and activities to enjoy from home, and we look forward to resuming our planned programme concert broadcasts from LSO St Luke’s as soon as it is safe to do so. Visit the Spring 2021 Broadcasts page for full details.
For now, please stay home, stay safe and stay in touch.

Support the LSO's Future
The importance of music and the arts has never been more apparent than in recent months, as we’ve been inspired, comforted and entertained throughout this unprecedented period.
As we emerge from the most challenging period of a generation, please consider supporting the LSO's Always Playing Appeal to sustain the Orchestra, allow us to perform together again on stage and to continue sharing our music with the broadest range of people possible.
Every donation will help to support the LSO’s future.
