LSO St Luke's remains closed to the public, but we will welcome audiences to concerts again after 17 May, in line with the government's roadmap to easing lockdown. 100% of concertgoers in the Autumn said they felt safe at LSO St Luke’s and considered the safety measures in place to be 'good' or 'very good'.
What we'll be doing
- Reducing the number of tickets available for each performance.
- Operating an ‘advance booking only’ policy and providing multiple performances on each day to choose from.
- Following all social distancing guidelines, to ensure that audience members, staff and performers can stay a safe distance from each other at all times.
- Cleaning the hall and each seat between performances.
- Providing hand sanitising stations at the entrance.
- Using paper-free ticketing, programme notes and contactless donation points.
- Operating a one-way system so you can move safely through the venue.
- Asking each member of every party of visitors to provide their name and contact details, and retaining these details for 21 days, in compliance with NHS Test & Trace.
- Displaying an official NHS QR code poster at the entrance to the venue, so visitors can 'check in' on the NHS Test & Trace app.
- Limiting booking to household groups or support bubbles of up to six people.
- Equipping our staff with PPE.
