Experimental music for voices and marshmallows? Right this way ...
Venture out on music's leading edge with Sara Mohr-Pietsch as Larry Goves' ensemble House of Bedlam presents music which is printed on marshmallows and eaten while it's sung. There are also performances from experimental London/Oslo duo BirdWorld (Gregor Riddell on cello and electronics, and Adam Teixeira on drums and percussion). Combining acoustic instruments, electronically manipulated field recordings, various kalimbas and traditional percussion, they set out to create soundscapes both natural and otherworldly before piano-percussion duo George Barton and Siwan Rhys present the culminating movement of Oliver Leith’s epic good day good day bad day bad day alongside music by Betsy Jolas.
