Pianist Alice Sara Ott assembles a cast of musical collaborators for this series, joined for this rush-hour concert by Ray Chen and Pablo Ferrández.

Alice Sara Ott is a one-of-kind musician – a dazzling virtuoso as a soloist, a talented illustrator and designer, and a committed chamber musician, who relishes the opportunity to collaborate with other artists. For this series of BBC Radio 3 Concerts, Alice welcomes some of her closest colleagues for performances that showcase the joy of making music with others – for the second concert, she’s joined by two more young stars, Ray Chen and Pablo Ferrández, for an hour of music for piano trio.

Change of Programme

At the request of the artists, Shostakovich’s Piano Trio No 2 will now be performed instead of Shostakovich’s Piano Trio No 1.
