Beethoven Piano Concerto series

Due to continuing issues caused by Covid-19, the Beethoven Piano Concerto concerts planned at the Barbican between 3 and 9 December are no longer taking place. Performances have been rescheduled at LSO St Luke's between 5 and 15 December, with additional Barbican concerts on 16 December. The Marathon event on 17 December takes place at the Barbican as planned.

Please note that finish times are approximate and subject to change.

Photography and the use of mobile phones will not be permitted at this performance.

‘Any performance by Zimerman is a special occasion,’ says The Guardian, and this phenomenal Polish pianist is as much a visionary as a virtuoso. Today, he performs two of Beethoven’s piano concertos with Sir Simon Rattle and the LSO.

Update as of 2 December 2020
From 2 December LSO St Luke's will be operating in Tier 2, under the government's new local restriction tiers. Please ensure that you are following all government guidance for your own area before attending this performance.
