BBC Radio 3 invites leading artists into the spotlight for this special lunchtime series presenting their musical personas on the stage of LSO St Luke’s in programmes spanning the 19th century to the present day.

Fill your afternoon with the musical sounds of some of the brightest young classical artists around, with a selection of repertoire that makes them shine.

Cellist and 2012 BBC Young Musician of the Year, Laura van der Heijden has been making her mark by captivating audiences and critics alike with her ‘immaculate poise and control’ (Bachtrack). Performing works by Chopin and Stravinsky, her virtuosic playing will be accompanied by Russian pianist Petr Limonov.
